A few words of thanks to all Loyal Guests and Rental Partners from Rocky Mountain Accommodations.
Rocky Mountain Accommodations would like to thank our guests and owners for a great past season and for the activity that is providing another good summer season. Although just the beginning of the summer we are seeing significant increases in occupancy levels for summer again this year.
Our goals have always been to provide the finest, most comfortable and best kept accommodations for the best price. With that in mind over time we have developed a loyal repeat customer base and have been able to attract new guests. We see this as the primary reason that our business is growing as it is.
The value aspect of our business has definitely helped our growth. Four or more people can stay in one of our properties for the price of a basic motel with far less amenities. Of course our proximity to skiing, golfing and other activities helps and when you combine that with quality accommodations, I believe we have more room to grow.
We are now sitting in mid June just before the summer solstice waiting for the real, hot summer to arrive. According to the Farmer’s Almanac we are in for a hot one and if the pattern is in place this year, it means that the sun will come out and the temperatures will rise in the next couple of weeks.
We are seeing a good early booking effect for our winter season and would like to help this along by offering discounts for anyone booking for Christmas and New Year before September 1st.
