RMS Gliches Ironed Out!

The new booking software had some issues with regards to calculating owner statements with all the intricacies of various taxes, commisions and pooling.  Despite the time lapse we have been working hard with the technical support at RMS to customize the software to fit the way in which we want to opperate.  The interim work-arounds were slow and have been untimely.

RMS has promised to have all of this ironed out for this month's Owner Statement run.  Thank you to all owner's for you patience.  We now have a good working system with room for expansion.

Owners and Guests now have Wireless High Speed Internet at Timber Stone, Kimberley.

Shaw Cable installed High Speed Modems in every rental unit last month and Rocky Mountain Accommodations has installed and configured Wireless Routers in each unit for the benefit of all owners and guests.

This upgrade will enhance the facilities we can offer potential guests who often come to mix business with pleasure and ask for internet as a neccessity.  Each unit has it's own secure internet so no sharing band-width and also enabling peace of mind when online banking or shopping on the net.

The kids can now also bring down their favourite gaming console and play online too!

All owners now have greater control of their own unit.

The Owner's Net now gives all owners the ability to login to their unit area in the RMS system and book it out for themselves or friends & family.  It is easy to use and shows clear availabilty and puts a bookings directly into our system.  Owners can book their unit for colleagues and other paying guests (to the owner) and we will handle the check-in, confirmation mail outs and of course any administration during their stay for a small coordination fee.

Functionality is limited to bookings at the moment but there is enhanced features planned for the next release of software.  It is planned for Owner Statements to be available here too in the not to distant future.  Rocky Mountain Accommoadtions will keep you abreast of these enhancements as and when they happen.

The Top Tier of our website has now been added.

Since the Summer we have been working hard on improving our websites and at last have crowned our bright new Kimberley and Radium sites with our Corporate Tier. The 2 specific location sites were working very well for us, enabling us do do our business and now we have the last ink in the chain which will help point potential guests in the right direction, enable owners to be kept up to date and give possible new buyers information required on renting their units.

It is a space for Rocky Mountain Accommodations to provide up to date information on what is going on in our beautiful part of the world to entice potential guests and to keep you all up to date with what is happening with your Vacation Property/Investment.

RMS is now up and running. Thank you for your patience. At last we have our new booking software up and functioning. With the expansion into Radium and enhanced web development it was decided to change to RMS booking software to allow Rocky Mountain Accommodations to grow technically and provide 24/7 booking with the On Line Booking (OLB) and provided better owner booking and information regarading their own unit.

We have worked hard at this with data migration and in the web area to ensure the look and feel of the OLB matches our three sites. We are hoping all of this will increase bookings and revenue for all of our Rental Partners.
